Although I don’t generally recommend creating any diet based only on “junk food” it’s a common misconception that you can’t lose weight while eating junk food.
Well, I’m here to argue that you can lose weight eating only junk food, candy, soda, ice-cream, etc.
Don’t believe me? Watch as I show you that you can actually match your protein, carbohydrate, fat, and calorie requirements using a wide variety of “taboo” foods.
Again, I don’t advocate using only these types of food for any healthy diet, but I think this should at least ease your mind and let you know that you can give into a craving here or there. You can even eat a little “junk” every day and still get great results.
You may even know someone who can eat “whatever” they want and are very skinny. They’re probably accidentally, or naturally, following the principals in the video below.
