Here’s another quick, easy, and healthy recipe.
This one can be done in under 10 minutes, and is very filling.
Hummus Flat Bread With Cucumbers and Baby Carrots
Ingredients: (The name basically says it all )
1 flat bread
Handful of baby carrots
6 Tbsp of hummus ( I like the multi flavored packs)
1/2 medium cucumber
Preparation: Put the flat bread under the broiler until crisp and then turn over. Chop the cucumbers (long wise, see video). Plate the baby carrots, the hummus, and the cucumber, then cut the flat bread into 4 or more pieces. Dip and enjoy!
