This is the first in what will be a series of future video posts which will be focused on delivering quick, simple, great tasting, and healthy recipes.
I like to prepare meals really fast, and I need them to taste good and to be healthy, so that’s what you’ll be learning as well.
I’m filming as I prepare the food, so you’ll get the preparation in real-time and know that there’s no “hidden” steps or extra time to add.
Also, you’ll know that I’m walking the talk because I’m actually eating what I make.
Cut me a little slack though I’m getting better with video, but there’s still a lot I have to learn.
I’ll improve lighting and camera angles as well. I’ll probably have Lindsey film me in the future if possible, to get more close up’s and angle variety.
And I think Lindsey will also be doing a few videos of her own too.
Anyhow here’s the recipe:
Santa Fe Chicken/Bean Burrito: (1 serving)
Ingredients: (approximate you can play around with this)
• 1½ oz chicken, broiled (or 1/4 can of refried beans)
• 4 Tbsp corn kernels, boiled
• ¼ cup onion
• ½ Tbsp chili peppers
• ½ medium tomato
• 1 tortilla
Set the tortilla aside. Chop vegetables and mix both the vegetables and remaining ingredients together. Place mix in the center of the tortilla. Microwave on high for 30 second segments until satisfied. Wrap the tortilla with the mix into a burrito and enjoy! Otherwise you can also heat the vegetables on the stove, wrap it in the tortilla and then broil the wraps until crispy.
